Her expertise lies in aligning leadership, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that both strategy and execution are equally prioritized. She has carefully managed a career spanning 35 years (so far).
As Chief of Staff at Cayuga Health | Centralus Health, Dott plays a pivotal role in the integration of Cayuga Health System and Arnot Health, guiding the senior leadership team and board of directors through emerging trends and ensuring operational alignment for community-centered care. She thrives in cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to drive shared business objectives and promote long- term sustainability.
